Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings
All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed in writing.
Schools and groups are responsible for providing accurate details (numbers, ages, needs).
2. Payments & Cancellations
Payment terms will be agreed at booking.
Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will be refunded in full.
Cancellations within 14 days may not be refunded.
3. Participation
Children must be supervised by teachers/parents where required.
Participants must follow the safety instructions given by staff.
We reserve the right to exclude anyone behaving dangerously.
4. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs in advance.
We provide risk assessments and take every precaution, but outdoor activities carry some inherent risks.
Branching Out Burnley cannot be held responsible for injuries caused by failure to follow safety instructions.
5. Photography & Media
Photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes with prior consent.
If you do not wish your child to be included, please inform us before the session.
6. Liability
Branching Out Burnley holds appropriate insurance for all activities.
We accept no responsibility for loss/damage to personal belongings.
